Can I use your products while pregnant or nursing?

We recommend talking to a health care physician prior to using any supplements and seek their advice concerning any specific medical situation. 

We would not recommend using any fat burner, including NATUREAL Revert 10.0 or the Revert Drops. We would not recommend using the whey as a meal replacement.  You may, however, use NATUREAL Whey as a snack or post workout shake.

 

Is exercise required to lose weight?
Yes. The healthiest way to lose weight or maintain your weight loss is exercising at least 30 minutes per day or 3-4 times per week for one hour.  We produce effective supplements, not magical supplements. For those that are willing to put in the work and incorporate a healthy lifestyle will receive incredible results. 

 

Do I need to be on a specific diet while using NATUREAL supplements?

No, you don't have to be on a specific diet. We do, however, recommend eating fresh produce and healthy food. We strongly recommend eliminating refined carbs, sugary beverages, sugar, sugar substitutes and highly processed foods, which are notorious inflammation promoters with zero nutriotional  value that will take longer for you to see optimum results. 

 

How often should I use it?

Each product has its own specific instructions for daily use, which is noted on the individual product page and on the back of each container.

 

How much weight will I lose on the weight loss products?

Weight loss results vary depending on the individual and factors such as physical health, nutrition, exercise and adherence to the NATUREAL Wellness Guide.  The average weight loss for most of our customers using the NATUREAL Total Transformation Collection is up to 4 pounds per week.  

 

Do I need to use all of the products in the NATUREAL Total Transformation Collection?

You don't "need" to take all of the supplements. But, if you want to obtain the fastest path to obtain your results, we recommend using all of the products in the kit. 

 

Can men and women use the supplements?

Yes, our products are gender neutral designed for both men and women. 

 

Does NATUREAL Probiotic need to be refrigerated?
No, refrigeration is not required.

 

Where should I store my supplements?
We recommended storing all products in a cool, dark area away from moisture.

 

How should I take the capsules?

Each bottle contains 60 capsules or a one-month supply. We recommend taking two capsules together, 20 minutes before meal. 

 

When do NATUREAL products expire?
Our supplements have a 4 year shelf-life except for the NATUREAL Whey, which has a shelf life of 2 years. The best by dates are printed on the back of each container. 

 

Do you perform testing on your products?
NATUREAL supplements are manufactured in a NSF certified cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) facility. We test every lot of each product for heavy metals and microbiological components. We utilize independent, certified third party labs to conduct these tests.

 

What is the typical order processing time? 

We request a 24-hour window to process orders. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation number. Once the order has been processed, you will receive the tracking number.

 

How long will it take before I receive my order?  

All U.S. orders are processed and shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder, which should arrive within 2-4 business days.  All International orders should arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

What's your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of all NATUREAL supplements. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, contact Customer Support at: support@natu-real.com within 14 days of purchase so we can work with you to find an alternate solution or refund.

If a return is initiated, you will be issued a Return Authorization code and will have 14 calendar days to receive the product(s). Once 14 days have passed from the return initiation date, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

It is your obligation to pay the return postage. We are not responsible for mis-delivered shipments. We recommend obtaining a Signature Confirmation for verification and eddiciency purposes. We must receive the bottles within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid. Returning NATUREAL products without complying with our return policy will deem your transaction non-refundable.
